Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags.

• Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

How to Initiate a Return

3. Packages sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
